Whitmer should face serious questions about her foreknowledge and involvement in the scheme. When was she first informed? Who were her contacts at the FBI? How often did she communicate with the feds?
Why did her former general counsel, now US Atty for Western Michigan representing the government in the new trial, recuse himself? Where is his recusal memo? Why is DOJ refusing to release it? What did he know?
